What are the event opening times?

Where's the event taking place?

The event is taking place at the ExCeL Exhibition Centre in London. You can find directions on our Travel & Hotel page

Will I receive my exhibitor badge by post?

Badges will be printed at the reception stands when you arrive, please have your badge code ready, this will be in your confirmation email and on the Official Event App.

Will I be able to print off my exhibitor badge at the venue?

Yes, we have registration terminals for you to print off your badge at the venue. Please bring your registration details to the event.

Can I register when I arrive?

Yes, although we would recommend you do this online in advance to avoid additional cost. Online registration remains open throughout the event. Please ensure you arrive with plenty of time to access the hall before the event opens for visitors.

How do I obtain a visa letter?

Unfortunately we cannot issue letters of invitation to visitors for visa purposes. Once you have registered for the event via the event website you will receive a confirmation email which should be sufficient for visa applications.

Is there somewhere to leave coats and luggage?

Yes, there are two cloakrooms operated by ExCeL located on the boulevard where you can leave your belongings.

One cloakroom is in the west end of the venue on level 0 by N4/S4 and one in the east end on level 0 and are open during event hours.

There is a fee of £1 per item for coats and luggage - please be aware they cannot store cameras, laptop equipment or any other electronic devices.
