Jay Kamdar has 25 years of engineering, marketing, sales and business management experience in the SaaS, Computer and semiconductor industry. He is currently a CEO of Nexsales Corporation. Priorly, he was CEO of VC backed silicon valley startups MagSil and Nazomi. Jay drove Nazomi’s technology and chip products into cellphones made by world’s leading phone makers including Samsung, Sony-Ericsson, Sharp, Renesas and SK Telecom. Prior to Nazomi he was a Senior group marketing manager for Java processor products at Sun Microsystems. Prior to Sun, Kamdar spent several years with National Semiconductor in a number of positions, including sr. product marketing director.
Jay has a B.S. in electrical engineering from S.P. University of India; an M.S. in computer science from Stevens Institute of Technology, Hoboken, New Jersey; and an M.B.A. in international management from Golden Gate University, San Francisco.
