Frances is the founder and managing director of Blueprint, a business development agency for the creative sector. Prior to launching Blueprint, Frances was a leading technical and SaaS business developer. She also spent time working within the creative sector helping agencies to develop more profitable agency processes.
Aside from her business development background, Frances is a certified NLP coach with diplomas in business and leadership. She trained as a journalist and worked as a local news reporter in Somerset before moving to London to begin her sales career in 2006.
