Darren has a very strong sales, marketing and general managerial background with good strategic appreciation and vision. He has worked within sales and marketing for over 20 years and runs two successful and growing businesses – Boost Performance (a demand generation business) and SalesGym 360 (a unique sales training business). Darren is also a regular contributing author to Winning Edge magazine and judge at the CRN Sales & Marketing Awards (2016 and 2017).
Prior to setting up his own businesses Darren was Managing Director at Bytes Document Solutions (UK) for 4 years, which when he joined was a failing business with -£1m EBITDA, he turned this around in under 2 years to +£1m, and also introduced a new value proposition that grew turnover for his division to £7.5m within 2 years
