The Professional Sales Association

The Professional Sales Association is dedicated to supporting and campaigning on behalf of Salespeople, predominantly Sales Agents, although we have significant numbers of direct travelling Sales Representative members.

The support we are able to give ranges from free advice, a pay for Contract Reading Service, Legal advice, and if things go sour over contracts, Legal action can be called upon. Being a section of Unite the Union means that members can avail themselves of the affiliated Services.

Members of the Professional Sales Association were involved in the original framing of the EC “Commercial Agents Directive 1993” and we are anxious that this “fair to both sides legislation” is re-enacted into post-Brexit, British Law.

The PSA Sub-Branches throughout the UK hold regular meetings and Seminars on various subjects often with specialist lawyers. The successor organization UKCTA was formed in the 1850’s and been looking after “Travelling Sales People” ever since, it has connections with several charitable organisations. Meeting up with like-minded people even in different industries, gives members networking opportunities, to improve their selling methods.

Being a democratic organization, Professional Sales Association members have a full say and involvement in the running of the organization for Salespeople.
