The Professional Sales Association is dedicated to support and campaigning on behalf of Salespeople Predominantly Sales Agents, although we have a significant number of directly employed, Travelling Sales Representative members.

The support we can give ranges from free advice any subject, Legal advice, and if things go sour over contracts commission free Legal action can be called upon. A pay for Contract Reading Service. Being a section of Unite the Union means that members can avail themselves of the other extensive discounted Unite Affiliated Services.

Members of the Professional Sales Association were involved in the original framing of the EC `Commercial Agents Directive 1993` and we are anxious that this `fair to both sides legislation` is re-enacted into post Brexit, British Law.

The PSA Sub-Branches throughout the UK hold regular meetings and Seminars on various subjects often with specialist lawyers. The successor organization UKCTA was incorporated in 1883 and has been looking after `Travelling Sales People` ever since, it has connections with several charitable organisations. Meeting up with likeminded people even in different industries, gives members networking opportunities, to improve their selling methods.

Being a democratic organisation, Professional Sales Association members have a full say and involvement in the running of the Organization for Salespeople if they want it, at Regional Branch or National Committee level.
